Description:

Reporting to the Country Manager, will be incorporated in Revenue Accounting's division. Functions:

• Assist in the specification of the service to be provided to each new customer.
• Responsibility for the management of their accounts, which may be located in Spain and abroad. This includes:
  • Monitor service to ensure it meets quality standards and deadlines set by contract.
  • Coordinate with technical department to resolve any anomaly reported by the client.
  • Taking care of the administrative clients
• Eventually need to work with the sales team to advise on new customer acquisition.

Experience:

We are looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in the Revenue Accounting department of an airline or a consulting firm with proven experience in implementing systems of Revenue Accounting.
• Fluent in English
• Degree or similar universitary degree, though this one can be replaced by a suitable level of experience
